The owner Chris Neilly worked for Home Team Pest Defense, one of the largest pest control companies in the nation, as a service manager in the Richardson, Texas. Chris worked his way up through the company to gain the position of Operations manager. Chris worked for Home Team Pest Defense for 3 years before he and his wife Laure decided to start their own pest control company.

Chris & Laure began Integrity Pest Solutions with the mind and heart to provide better pest control services and a more personable service for their customers. Many times it seems customers just become numbers and not real people, and with this idea and concept, Chris and Laure grew Integrity Pest Solutions to be a major competitor in the pest control field while still keeping the satisfaction of the customer as their main goal. This is one of the reasons Integrity Pest Solutions grew so quick. “What a concept,” Chris said “Putting the customer first!”

When they started Integrity Pest Solutions Chris and Laure had three beautiful girls. They had one more shortly after they started Integrity Pest Solutions. Their girls were growing quick , so they decided it was time to put the ambitions of the company secondary to their children. They made the choice to sell their company to Orkin where Chris managed the Service Department of their Commercial Pest Control division. Chris was with Orkin for five years, during the last year with Orkin, Chris and his wife Laure began to think about their ideas, purpose, and concepts they had established with Integrity Pest Solutions and building a pest control company around the customer and not just the numbers. They made the decision to start another Pest Control Company, Tennessee Pest Solutions, located in East Tennessee and Prime Pest Solutions in northern Colorado.
